I Cucunci di Pantelleria Kazzen sono i frutti maturi della pianta del cappero, raccolti a mano sull’isola e conservati sotto sale marino. La lavorazione artigianale, priva di additivi e conservanti, ne mantiene la consistenza soda, il colore naturale e il caratteristico gusto intenso, leggermente amarognolo.
Prima dell’utilizzo è sufficiente sciacquarli per eliminare il sale in eccesso. Sono ideali da servire durante l’aperitivo, insieme a formaggi freschi e crostini, oppure per arricchire insalate, tartare di pesce, sughi e piatti della cucina mediterranea.
