Su una bianca collina, fresca e riparata a 550 mt. di altitudine si può osservare il vigneto Rachilan dal quale provengono le uve di Dolcetto utilizzate per questo vino. Il vino che ne deriva è un Dolcetto d’Alba gentile e dalle note fruttate pur mantenendo nel contempo il vigore particolare dei grandi terreni di Monforte d’Alba.
Il Dolcetto d'Alba ha come caratteristiche organolettiche un colore rosso rubino, riflessi violacei intensi. Profondo e completo al naso con particolari note di viola e lampone. Corpo robusto e pieno. Sensazioni di mandorla in chiusura.
