I Filetti di Alici di Sciacca Curreri sono ottenuti da alici pescate nel Mar Mediterraneo, in zona FAO 37, e lavorate a mano entro poche ore dalla pesca. Dopo la pulitura, i filetti vengono conservati in olio di semi di girasole con sale marino delle saline di Trapani.
La stagionatura di almeno 45 giorni permette alle alici di sviluppare una consistenza soda e un gusto intenso, sapido ma equilibrato. Sono ideali per antipasti, bruschette, insalate, pizze, primi piatti e numerose ricette della cucina mediterranea.
