Il Miele con Favo Melauro è un prodotto biologico 100% italiano, estratto direttamente dall’alveare e confezionato senza trattamenti termici o meccanici. Il favo naturale, interamente commestibile, conserva il miele insieme alle sostanze normalmente presenti nell’alveare, come polline e propoli, offrendo un’esperienza gustativa autentica.
Il sapore è intenso, ricco e persistente, mentre la cera del favo aggiunge una piacevole consistenza durante l’assaggio. Il vasetto ermetico da 300 g contribuisce a preservarne freschezza, profumo e caratteristiche naturali.
Può essere gustato da solo oppure abbinato a pane tostato, brioche, formaggi stagionati e insalate dal gusto amarognolo. Melauro produce miele biologico in Sicilia dal 1996, seguendo metodi artigianali e una lavorazione attenta alla qualità e alla genuinità delle materie prime.
