Il Miele Balsamico Melauro è una specialità biologica 100% italiana ottenuta dall’unione di mieli di fiori selvatici, eucalipto e timo con oli essenziali di eucalipto, menta e pino. Il risultato è un miele dal profumo intenso e fresco, caratterizzato da un gusto aromatico e piacevolmente balsamico.
Può essere gustato direttamente al cucchiaio oppure aggiunto a tè, tisane e bevande calde. È indicato anche per dolcificare yogurt, creme e dessert o per creare abbinamenti originali in cucina. Il vasetto da 200 g è pratico da conservare e utilizzare quotidianamente.
Melauro è un’azienda siciliana fondata nel 1996 dai fratelli Aldo e Antonio La Ferrera. Certificata biologica dal 1998, lavora miele e altre specialità con metodi artigianali e materie prime selezionate, nel rispetto della qualità, dell’ambiente e della tradizione apistica siciliana.
