Verdolì è frutto di un blend di olive Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola e Biancolilla. Esprime profumi accattivanti e netti, caratterizzati da sentori di frutta matura, note di foglia di pomodoro ed erbe di campo. Al palato presenta una buona fluidità, con una predominanza del dolce sull’amaro e con un delicato finale piccante; ritornano nel retrogusto gli aromi già espressi al naso con nette sensazioni di pomodoro.
Cultivar delle olive: Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, Cerasuola
Lavorazione: le olive vengono raccolte nella prima metà di Ottobre con la tecnica della brucatura a mano. Successivamente vengono molite entro 12 ore dalla raccolta. Estrazione a freddo.
