In collaborazione con l'Azienda agricola Sant'Agata nasce il miele biologico di Sant'Egle.
Una piccola produzione, come la natura lo crea, senza forzare le api, senza l'uso di antibiotici e interventi meccanici.
Non microfiltrato: Il miele viene filtrato solamente per trattenere le impurità lasciando nel miele le particelle naturali che lo compongono, una delle quali il polline;
Non industriale: sebbene dall'estrazione all'invasettamento sia necessario l'intervento umano, i nostri prodotti non subiscono processi industriali di lavorazione (quali la pastorizzazione, la microfiltrazione, il pompaggio ad alti giri, ecc.)
