Il Miele di Cardo Melauro è un miele biologico 100% italiano ottenuto dal nettare dei fiori di cardo selvatico, pianta tipica della macchia mediterranea siciliana. Si distingue per il colore ambrato chiaro, il profumo floreale e il gusto dolce, leggermente acidulo, con delicate note fruttate.
La consistenza cremosa e l’aroma equilibrato lo rendono ideale da gustare sul pane, nello yogurt o per dolcificare tè e tisane. Si abbina piacevolmente anche a formaggi delicati e può essere utilizzato nella preparazione di dolci e ricette agrodolci.
Prodotto artigianalmente a basse temperature e senza additivi, conserva intatti profumo e caratteristiche naturali. Melauro è un’azienda siciliana attiva dal 1996, specializzata nella produzione biologica di miele e nella valorizzazione della biodiversità del territorio.
