I bins vengono trasportati tramite mezzi agricoli al frantoio dove verrà effettuata la molitura.
SISTEMA DI ESTRAZIONE La molitura avviene tra le 12 e le 24 ore dall’arrivo delle olive al frantoio; l’estrazione viene effettuata da un impianto a ciclo continuo esclusivamente con mezzi meccanici sotto azoto. tecnologicamente avanzato, che ci consente i tenere sotto controllo costantemente la temperatura e tempi di lavorazione.
